Workshops
All of our workshops are interactive and memorable. We always use ice breakers and “getting to know you” exercises that make our delegates feel comfortable and ready to learn. We supply handouts and “takeaways” that are relevant to the workshop and can be implemented back into the business. Our coaches will always offer follow up support to your management team to ensure the impact our workshops have on your people continues into the workplace. Our coaches have real knowledge of hands on management and a passion for training at all levels.
We pride ourselves on using easy to understand terminology that can transfer directly to the working environment.
Courses available
All courses are available as off the shelf packages that will enhance your team’s performance, or they can be tailored to suit your own business. We believe these workshops have maximum impact with no more than 15 delegates per workshop.
Personal development planning
Designed to help your team get the best from themselves and drive for success in their role. It will help them identify personal and business goals and set themselves SMART* objectives. It is aimed at managers of all levels who are keen to succeed and move the business forward.
Leadership skills
Ideal for junior to middle managers to enhance their leadership skills. This workshop can be adapted to suit the audience depending on their level of experience.
Customer service
Enhance your team’s customer service skills with this one day workshop. Aimed at anyone who has face to face contact with the customer. Includes complaint handling.
Time management
This workshop is well suited to a management team who struggle to delegate and use their time effectively. Ideally suited to junior and middle management.
Train to Train
Beginner
Introduction to 1-1 training techniques and the GROW** model. This workshop is ideally suited to anyone within your team that regularly trains others on a 1-1 basis and some group training. We also touch on basic coaching techniques.
Intermediate
This workshop will be a great boost to anybody who regularly has to train a group of people but has never been given the skills to do so. We investigate the need to understand different peoples learning styles and how we can work together to create a positive training environment
